SPECTACLE is an optical eye wear brand, with a fun and ironic approach focused on 65+ladies, who are living their life to its fullest no matter their age. By using art references, we aim for an in the know customer who is style and art-driven. Our glasses are a finishing detail to your total look.

To inspire the Spectacular Ladies to share their stories on how they are disregarding ageist stereotypes by putting the spotlight on how they are “still stealing the show”.

Garment Magazine 2020

Garment uses humour as a coping mechanism to seek different approaches and perspectives on fashion, society, and media.
This issue is about the scarf, perhaps a perfect metaphor for life: malleable, colorful, available in different shapes and sizes, and full of rich cultural influences. The wearer can shape it how they like, and its functions are innumerable.
Styled as an escape from an overwhelming world crammed with disposable content, the magazine’s offerings are both wild and varied. Take a test to see how you can fashionably brace yourself of the apocalypse, or read a modern fairy tale about a scarf’s magical powers.

BluePrint

The purpose of this project was to create and develop an innovative new fashion concept based on trend research and experimentation.

Blueprint is a brand created as a catalyst for change in an industry in need of research and development.
This brand is about using the ingenious blueprints of our biological elders and translating them into thoughtful products that are well adapted to living on earth for the long haul. The visual identity remixes the artworks of Ernst Haeckel in a surrealist vision of wonder.

Biomimicry is an approach to innovation that seeks sustainable solutions to human challenges by emulating nature’s time-tested structures and functions. Blueprint tells the story of each of the organisms behind the technology but also pays homage by contributing to their habitat.

iNDiViDUALS Studio Rebrand

For generation 27 (i27) of iNDiViDUALS (est. 2006) the premium, Dutch fashion brand initiated by the Amsterdam Fashion Institute, I had the opportunity to work on the repositioning from a label to a consulting studio, being responsible for the art direction, logo redesign, graphic design and copy.

Creating a Sub-brand retail environment for a younger RL

This project was about taking the core values of the existing brand Ralph Lauren, and establishing a sub-brand that creates an opportunity to target a new segment of consumers.
The brand Glitch is a light-hearted spin on the refined heritage of Ralph Lauren through irony and pastiche. We created an in-brand loophole, with an offbeat twist, for the ‘Creative Explorers’ to play with their adventurous, witty nature.

iNDiViDUALS X PME Legend

For the first ever season as a consulting studio, iNDiViDUALS worked with PME LEGEND, a tough and rugged menswear jeans brand to help target a younger audience with a collection called Landing 27. The new direction shifted focus from the lone manly pilot archetype to a genuine diverse friend group.

iNDiViDUALS Sustainability show

iNDiViDUALS focuses heavily on creating a possible sustainable supply chain blueprint for the rest of the fashion industry to follow. This was showcased at a fashion show/exhibition event, targeting the industry, where we created an interactive walk-through experience displaying how every step collection's supply chain from care labels to closures could be made sustainably.
